SHIV proviral DNA counts among peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) determined by intact proviral DNA assay (IPDA) in infected rhesus macaques treated with vehicle control (n = 3), GS-CA1 dosed at 150 mg/kg (n = 3), or GS-CA1 dosed at 300 mg/kg (n = 1) at the indicated timepoints. SHIV viremia measured by gag RT-qPCR in the same animals and timepoints and reported as SHIV RNA copies per ml.
