Gene Biotype: as classified by Ensembl. FINEMAP and SMR priority genes: genes meeting the prioritization criteria described in the text. Rare priority genes: genes implicated by rare coding variants in schizophrenia, ASD or developmental disorder. Full details regarding the prioritization criteria for each gene are provided in Supplementary Tables 11–18.
