From: Capturing a rhodopsin receptor signalling cascade across a native membrane

Pulses were applied at 1.1 min, 7.6 min, 15 min and 20 min for 4.6 min, 18 s, 40 s and 35 s respectively. The experimental noise makes it challenging to measure the increase in these illumination pulses in micelles compared to the experiments in the ROS membrane. However, a clear trend is observed after circa 20 min. The experiment was repeated twice.
