The TrkA miniprotein binder shifted the IC50 values of the TrkA response to NGF. b, The TrkA miniprotein binder showed no effects on the cell viability. TF-1 cells were treated with different concentrations of the TrkA miniprotein binder and the cell viability was quantified at both 24 and 48 hr. The mean values were calculated from duplicates for the pERK and pAKT signaling data, and triplicates for the cell proliferation and cell toxicity data. The error bars for the cell proliferation and cell cell toxicity data represent standard deviations.
