Putative residues interacting with Na-1 and Na-2 are highlighted with orange and pink, respectively. Residues forming the TCA / preS1 binding pocket are highlighted in purple. G158 and S267 are highlighted in blue; these residues affect the species specificity of HBV infection among great apes and Old-World monkeys.
