ACT2 transcripts served as an internal control for normalization. Data show mean ± s.d. from 4 biological replicates. Data were analysed by unpaired two-sided Student’s t test. c, GFP-tagged PRC2 components are not regulated by TOR. Torin2 (10 μM) was added for 24 h in 7-d seedlings. Tubulin was used for the loading control for the immunoblot analyses. Experiments were conducted in three biological repeats with similar results.
