Orange and blue dashed vertical line: exciton binding energy E1s of bulk (E1s = 60 meV) and monolayer (E1s = 295 meV) WSe2, respectively. The arrow marks the subcycle-delay shift of 2.1 fs due to increased excitonic binding.
