From: Adenylate cyclase activity of TIR1/AFB auxin receptors in plants
In vitro AC activity assay for AFB5 in the presence of 10 µM IAA, IAA7, IAA17 and the indicated combinations, followed by cAMP quantification using LC-MS/MS. Tag-cleaved clean proteins were used for this experiment. Data are presented as means ± SD from 3 biological replicates. One-way ANOVA and Tukey’s multiple comparisons test were performed.
