Spearman’s correlation coefficient and associated probability (p value) was calculated. b. Association of ferroptosis signature and clinical outcome. Patient survival in top, mid, and bottom thirds of ferroptosis genes expression levels based on TCGA dataset. The number of patients in each group are shown on the graph. P values were calculated between high and low or intermediate third of gene expression using log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test.
