Tables show P-values of survival analyses (Log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test) for samples based on median CN frequency. CNs enriched in M1-like MDM that are significantly associated with survival are highlighted in grey. CN frequencies were averaged when multiple samples corresponded to the same patient.
