Single-cell RNA-Seq (scRNA-Seq) analysis of immune infiltrate from PP, PPA and PPB tumors (n = 3 mice per group). Tumors were harvested and dissociated into single cells, followed by FACS sorting for viable immune (CD45+) cells prior to scRNA-Seq analysis via Seq-Well technology. a, Heatmap showing gene expression for top 10% differentially-expressed genes (DEGs) for each cell type cluster.
