From: Multifunctional ytterbium oxide buffer for perovskite solar cells

  1. Summary of photovoltaic parameters for the champion p-i-n PSCs with NBG (1.54 eV), MBG (1.59 eV), and WBG perovskites (1.77 eV). The devices were measured from reverse scans (RS) under simulated AM 1.5 G solar irradiation at 100 mW cm−2. For p-i-n PSCs with WBG perovskites, RS is from 1.35 V to –0.02 V. For p-i-n PSCs with NBG and MBG perovskites, RS is from 1.22 V to –0.02 V).
