a, ECOMG cells carrying RAD21-FKBP12F36V-EYFP cassettes integrated into the endogenous RAD21 loci were cultured for 36 h with β-oestradiol in the absence or presence of dTAG-13. Flow cytometry analysis shows gating of live cells using FSC-A and SSC-A.
