  1. The Vmax and Km values are derived from the non-linear regression analysis of [3H]dopamine saturation uptake data shown in Fig. 3f. Experiments were performed on COS7 cells transiently transfected with hDATWT. Results are shown as means +/- SEM and [SEM interval]. Cocaine showed no significant effect on Vmax (P > 0.05, One-way ANOVA with Dunnett multiple comparison) contrary to Km (****P < 0.0001, One-way ANOVA with Dunnett multiple comparison). All measurements were performed in three technical replicates.
