The reduction in systolic blood pressure was assessed in telemetered normotensive NPR1hu/hu mice administered a single subcutaneous dose of REGN5381 either alone or in combination with SOC agents for the treatment of HF and hypertension at therapeutically relevant doses (n = 5–7 per treatment group; pooled placebo n = 36).
