Note the entry of Alexa 594 into the target cell (red). Following electroporation, RV-RFP were injected close to the electroporated cell. Day 3, the target cell did not express the reporter protein mCherry, indicative of failed transfection. Note that we used a single plasmid encoding for TVA, G, and mCherry.
