From: Vertically stacked monolithic perovskite colour photodetectors
The J-V characteristics of single-colour detectors for red (a), green (b), and blue (c) are presented. The structure of these single-colour detectors is identical to that of the detectors in the stacked configuration, except that the bottom electrode is made of transparent ITO (Kintec, 18 Ohm·sq−1). The J-V characteristics of the stacked detector photosite with structure 2 are presented for red(d), green (e), and blue (g) pixels.
