In the version of the article initially published, the images in the fifth and sixth columns of Fig. 4c–f were interchanged and have been corrected so that in the fifth column there is now comparatively more red (Fig. 4e) and blue (Fig. 4d–f) coloration than in the sixth column, as was the case in the original sequence. The figure has been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
