Each plot is stratified by variant type (SNPs on top, followed by INDELs; INS_5 = insertions 0-5 bp in size, INS_6to15 = insertions 6 to 15 bp in size, INS_15 = insertions >15 bp in size; same for deletions, ‘DEL’). Events were recorded within high confidence regions for the Ashkenazi Son (HG002).
