RAB5C, PGM3, XPR1, and KIDINS220 represent novel regulators of the inflammatory response, while MYD88 and STAT1 were included as positive controls. Two guides were included for each target (excluding XPR1, which only has one guide due to all cells receiving the other guide dying). Individual bars represent guides, while individual points represent experimental replicates.
