Wild-type SARS-CoV-2 (MOI = 0.01) was pre-incubated with a 3-fold dilution series of hS1-1 and then used to infect luminescent reporter cells. Levels of infection after 24 h were quantified as % of maximum luminescence. Mean values of two technical replicates are shown, representative of two independent experiments.
