Points are coloured such that regions below the appropriate SN threshold for the given dataset are coloured in shades of grey, while regions with SN values above the threshold are shown in shades of blue. The SN threshold used for the DLBCL dataset was calculated using the 90th percentile of SN values from the mixA-mixB comparison.
