Germline CH-predisposition genes are shown that were also associated with the risk of hematologic malignancy (HM). Data are presented as HR ± 95% CI for myeloid (n = 1,303) or lymphoid (n = 3,963) malignancies that were calculated using Cox’s regression adjusted for age at blood draw, the first three genetic PCs and exome sequencing batch. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
