From: A dimeric proteomimetic prevents SARS-CoV-2 infection by dimerizing the spike protein
The binding stoichiometry of LCB1/SIH peptides with SARS-CoV-2 RBD was determined by incubating equimolar concentrations of protein and ligand for 1 h at 4 °C followed by SEC-MALS analysis. A subset of data from Fig. 2 are replicated for better comparison and clarity.
