Measurement of Ki and kinact for the reactions a) between K-Ras(G12S)•GDP and G12Si-1, b) between K-Ras(G12S)•GDP and G12Si-5. For each kinetic curve, kobs was determined by fitting the data to a first-order kinetic model. Replicates are plotted as individual data points in the right panel.
