Peaks with an intensity ratio reduced beyond the mean (Ī = 0.72) minus standard deviation (σ = 0.14) (Ī-σ = 0.57, dashed line) are considered significantly affected. Residues of significantly reduced intensity ratios are colored pink if ((Ī-σ)>I/I0 > 0.5) and red if even stronger affected (I/I0 < 0.5). Overlapping and unassigned peaks are shown in gray.
