Concentration-response curves of mutant were measured using multiple independent cells (n = 7 (I147A), n = 6 (L168A), n = 5 (Q172A), n = 6 (N183A), n = 5 (F188A), n = 5 (T271A), n = 9 (Y272A), n = 8 (V274A), n = 7 (F453A)), and the curve for each mutant is shown as a solid line and is overlaid with that of WT, which is shown as dashed line.
