Different cofactors were calibrated via the absorption of diaminopurine at 280 nm (ε = 9894 L/mol•cm) to the same stock concentration. c. Bimolecular construct used in (a) and (b); numbering and color codes follow the scheme depicted in Fig. 1. All probing experiments were performed at pH 8, 20 °C for 16–18 h with two (b) and three (a) independent replicates.
