(b) Analysis of proliferating T cells, CD4+FoxP3+ regulatory T cells and IFN-γ, IL-17 and TNF-α producing CD4+ T cells in the spleens of the indicated chimeras after onset of motor symptoms (day 20 after TAM). Values in plots are mean±s.d. of n=6 and 5 mice. The experiment was performed once.
