Flow cytometry of WT, Cd22–/–, or St6Gal1–/– naïve B cell (CD19+ IgD+) isolated from spleen and stained with antibodies against the integrins αL, β1, α4, β7, or α4β7. Data represent the mean ± SEM of one representative experiment with n = 3 mice per group presented as in Fig. 1. Representative histogram overlays gated in naïve B cells are shown.
