SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals after the first and second BNT162b2 vaccine doses (inf-vax1 and inf-vax2) have the same proportion of spike-specific T cells (p = 0.9, two-sided Wilcoxon signed-rank test, n = 9). Spike T cell proportion was calculated as a fraction of spike-specific T cells out of all CD8 + epitope-specific T cells of a donor in scRNAseq data.
