(a) Image stream analysis of Mg–T doublets with Foxp3⁺ or RORγt⁺ T cells, by intracellular staining. Microglia were identified as CD11b⁺ Ly6C/G^- and CD45 ^low cells, T cells were identified as CD45^hi CD3⁺ CD4⁺ and Foxp3⁺ or RORγt⁺ cells. (b) Immunofluorescence staining of brain sections of TAM-treated Cx₃cr1^creER:Rpl22^HA mice at the MAX stage, staining for IBA1 (cyan), HA (green), CD3 (red), Foxp3 (blue) and MHC-II (magenta).
