Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) was administered for Patient 1 (day 13-16) and Patient 2 (day 16-18) during aplasia. Patient 1 received methylprednisolone intravenously for 3 consecutive days (day 16-18) for treating the engraftment syndrome.
