Note that VAF is displayed on a logarithmic scale to highlight relative differences and the initial exponential growth of clones. To use a logarithmic axis, data points with zero observations have been replaced by VAF = 0.001, or a factor of 10 below our observation threshold. Also note that a small random horizontal jitter has been added to data points to avoid overlapping of confidence intervals.
