Membrane-bound CED88004S was detected using an anti-human allophycocyanin-IgG F(ab′)2 fragment. CD8 membrane levels before incubation (T = 0 h) were set at 100%. Blue: Internalization in total PBMC population, Red: Internalization in CD3 positive cells. CD8-bound CED88004S on the cell surface decreased during incubation at 37 °C (solid line), while membrane levels remained stable (dashed line).
