  1. We monitored the expansion of 602 CH-related mutations through serial sequencing of blood samples from 494 individuals at baseline and 6 years after enrollment. We then investigated the association between traditional cardiovascular risk factors (CVRF) at baseline and the annual expansion rate (AER) of mutant hematopoietic clones through mixed-effects models, adjusted for sex and baseline variant allele fraction (VAF). CVRF were assessed as categorical and continuous variables, and as the area under the curve (AUC) at three different timepoints over 6 years.
