Sex- and ancestry-stratified associations between 12 partitioned polygenic scores (pPS), a type 2 diabetes polygenic risk score (T2D PRS), and age at diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, in 9771 male (Blue line) and female (red line) Pakistani (bottom row) and Bangladeshi (top row) individuals with type 2 diabetes in the Genes & Health study.
