Live single cells were defined as NK cells (CD3⁻CD56⁺), CD4 or CD8 effector (CCR7⁻CD45RA⁻) and central (CCR7⁺CD45RA⁻) memory T cells and Vδ2⁺ or Vδ2⁻ γδ T cells, based on the surface marker expression.
