  1. The concept map contains 20 concepts for three medical knowledge domains: general medicine, neurosurgery, and medications. Synonyms from the UMLS metathesaurus (for example, vaccination for immunization) are not shown but were included in the analysis and attack. Ten terms were randomly assigned as attack targets to be poisoned, and the rest were retained as controls.
