Adherence criteria for the original per-protocol (PP) analysis were performing ≥66.7% of the prescribed exercise training time, reaching the target duration in ≥50% of weeks and filling ≥2 of 3 nutrition diaries. In the second modified per-protocol analysis (high adherence, HA), the criteria for performed/prescribed exercise training time and filled nutrition diaries were increased to ≥100% and 3 of 3, respectively.
