The left limit of the solid line is the median time of the parent node of the MRCA of each transmission cluster and the right limit is the median tMRCA of the transmission cluster. The left limit of the dotted line is the lower bound of the 95% HPD of the time of the parent node and the right limit is the upper bound of the 95% HPD of the tMRCA. For singletons, the right limit of the solid line is the date of sampling, and there is no dotted line extending rightward.
