Specifically, for catchment sizes based on: (a) walking for a maximum of 2 h; (b) walking for a maximum of 3 h; (c) using a combination of motorized transportation, biking, and walking for a maximum of 2 h; and (d) using a combination of motorized transportation, biking, and walking for a maximum of 3 h.
