Data nationalism | Data governance prioritizes the interests of the nation-state, in which the obligations of justice, solidarity and cooperation are primarily circumscribed. |
Data regionalism | Data governance prioritizes the interests of a supranational entity or region of the world. |
Data cosmopolitanism | Data governance considers the interests of the global community. Justice, solidarity, and cooperation is not limited to any country or region but extends to the entire world. |
