Images of mouse ES cells transfected with either the Empty anchor control, the Empty bridge control or the LADL (Anchor + Bridge + Target) combinations (Supplementary Figure 1) and imaged using phase contrast and fluorescence imaging with Texas Red filter to visualize CRY2HA-2A-mCherry at 0, 24 and 36 h post puromycin treatment. The Empty bridge samples, which should not have any mCherry signal, were used to set the acquisition parameters for the Texas Red channel. Scale bars, 500 µm.
