(c) Heatmap showing the direction (first listed clone relative to second listed clone; in colour) and strength of enrichment (-log10(P) as degree of shading) for Hallmark gene sets tested with camera (Methods) for all pairwise comparisons between clones across n=31 lines. Gene sets that are significantly enriched at an FDR threshold of 5% are indicated with dots.
