ad, For each of the 207 BGCs, we computed the F1 score as the harmonic mean of recall and precision. The recall for a BGC is the fraction of genes in the BGC that have been predicted by the tool, and the precision is the fraction of genes in the predicted region that overlap the annotated BGC.
