FACS sorting of ReN cell VM human neural stem (ReN) cells that were stably transfected with polycistronic GFP lentiviral vector. The cells were then enriched based on GFP and signals by FACS (above black-dotted lines, the selected ranges of cells for the experiments GFP, area intensity of GFP signal).
