Transcripts are color-coded and ordered based on the relative fold-change of MiNOS cells (left) and MArginase cells (right) compared to the unpolarized phagocyte population. Unknown transcripts are not displayed. Asterisks indicated statistical significance p < 0.05. Fastq files were quality controlled and evaluated as detailed in the Online Method section.
