Of the 534 participants in the DIAN-OBS, 204 are unimpaired non-carriers of the ADAD mutations. Here, we visualize the proportions of these 204 individuals who fall into each age bracket, showing that 2/3 of these individuals are under the age of 40. This depiction also highlights the relative proportions of unimpaired non-carriers that are male and female, ast well as the proportions of these individuals who are carriers of at least one copy of the APOE ε4 allele. Plot demographics: n = 216, average age = 37.1, proportion females = 57%.
