The spectra were measured using a 15N-13C TEDOR mixing time of 1.2 ms, followed by 79 ms of 13C-13C CORD mixing on an 800 MHz spectrometer under 10 kHz MAS at a setpoint temperature of 283 K. Sequential cross peaks (assigned in green) facilitate the assignment of the two β-strand conformations.
